Is the OWA server publicly exposed via firewall and mapped IP address? In other words, is there an address on the public internet where this server can be securely accessed? Is there a DNS record that resolves to this IP address? The server will remain unreachable until you have these elements configured at a minimum. ***************************** The addresses for access from inside the domain and outside could be different. In our case to hit the exchange server from INSIDE the domain the address is HTTPS://servername/owa To hit it from OUTSIDE the address is HTTPS://mail.company.com/owa. Notice also that it is HTTP<b>S</b>, the missing "S" was a headache for a few of our users. If you are using SSL (ie https) in the name of the server, you have to make sure your certificate is using that name. Normally the cert created for OWA is on the internal name of the server, not the external one.
