i had one exp in interview i.e which type wan connections are you using and i deviated the topic.can you please tell the types and real time mostly what will we use like in telecom,software companies any changes will be there.

They range from different physical media (Copper, Wireless, Fiber Optic, etc) to the signaling used on the cabling (Ethernet, SONET, Frame Relay, MPLS, etc) Telecoms use a variety of technologies these days. Most have anything from the POTS/PSTN lines, 3G/4G or older cellular technologies, and VOIP/ITSP services. Best honest answer is "it depends"...

Not quite sure what you’re referrign to. OSPF is a routing protocol / process and not really responsive to TCP/UDP or physical ports. For more information about the protocol itself – check out This Article
