WCDMA Downlink and Uplink Pole Capacity

Dear all, Can someone tell me how to calculate the maximum theoretical downlink/uplink WCDMA Capacity? I have a network full of Node Bs and BTSs and I would like to calculate the theoretical Max Uplink/Downlink Capacity for network planning purposes. I know there are some equations involved in the chip rate and user data rate! However, I need an expert point of view. Can someone illustrate with an example please? Thanks in advance
