wap application
how do i create a mobile/wap application??
the main function of the application would be unlimited sms to any destination..but i would like the application to have a center number (ie. people using the application simply use that center number to send receive texts so they do not have to connect to the internet to send receive sms) the outgoing/incoming sms should work on the same principle as mms
basically people using the service would be connecting to a third party private wimax network in another part of the world
also how do i create and manage a billing system for such a system? as i will have to pay the third party provider for hosting my application??
