 Want to start career in SAP BW

Hi, I am a mechanical engineer and an MBA(systems). I have more than two years experience in IT company. I have good knowlede of programming as well as operating systems. I have decided to make my career in SAP BW. What things do I have to do? How is the SAP BW market? Is this decision is right for my profile to get good job? Please advice me.
