you can check your QSYS library creation date and time

Want to know the OS Installation date & Last OS Upgrade date..?
How can i trace the date when OS installed on my iSeries Server & When it is Last upgraded to newer version....?

You can see this information by doing WRKLICINF and give a 5 to view the description.

You can check the creation date/time of the QSYS library to see when the last upgrade was done. But I'm not aware of any way to determine when it was first installed other than a documentation paper trail.
