WAN throughput question for a gigabit ISP

WAN, ISP, gigabit

I am trying to determine the increased cost when bringing in outside customers that will be landing their images within my servers that sit behind our networks. . If my remote site is pushing about 250Gb of traffic per day what would be the increased traffic on a gigabit circuit that is billed using a standard 95% usage calculation in Mbps? What is the formula I should use?
