Answer Wiki:
What type of connection do you have from your central office to each of your branches and vice versa? ATM PVCs / Frame-Relay / MPLS VPN / IPSec VPN over the internet or leased lines to name a few? One way to achieve redundancy is to introduce a second WAN connection to a second router and then use tracking with HSRP to achieve redundancy but I think thats as good as I can suggest without more information.

This what i have … i need to give some suggestion on this. Any suggestion on this would help me. If i can get some detail suggestion, that would help me understand it more better.

ABC has MPLS connections to its remote offices in LA, Oakland and Baltimore each with about 20 users. All internet, email, and access to the case management software is carried over this connection. There is no redundancy on this connection to each office. Please comment on what you would recommend as the most appropriate approach to address WAN redundancy and improve this situation.

With MPLS connection in place, all you need to do is ask your provider for redundant connection in to your MPLS VRF.
