Hi,
I have newly joined an AUTOMOBILE company as an IT supervisor. We have about 10 branches connected with each other thru different WAN connections (Leased line,MPLS,VPN over DSL,..etc) and with different service providers. Our ERP system is based in Head Office and the DMS (Dealer management system) is based in our main branch. I would like to have all the WAN connections between branches managed thru 1 service provider so that I have contact with 1 service provider instead of several ones. Also note that I have only few IT staffing (3 IT technicians) supporting all those branches, therefore I prefer for the time being to have all the WAN routers administered by the service provider since I don't have enough IT resources. I received proposal from one of the ISPs to have all the branches connected with each other thru their MPLS cloud using CMTS (Cable modem terminating system) License Wireless technology and MPLS ADSL lines as a backup for the CMTS connections in the branches.
Software/Hardware used:
Windows server 2003, Lotus Domino, SAP, MS-ISA server

We’ve had a number of manufacturing customers that have had the same issues managing multiple service providers before they found Virtela. In the past year, we’ve seen an even bigger number of companies that have been more willing to outsource due to budget cuts and resource constraints. I’d be happy to chat with you to learn more about your biggest needs and concerns and determine how Virtela can help. Please feel free to contact me directly at 720-475-4198 and tburton@virtela.com.
