		<description>For current Foundation clients, who are thinking of upgrading to vSphere, I would think that they're ready to move to the next functionality/pricing level.  In that context, I agree, they should therefore be into the planning phase.  However, as a blanket statement, Mshen, I have to disagree.  Given some of the issues at release (and after) of VI3.5, my organization is waiting for the first maintenance release of the vSphere suite before we begin our upgrade planning.

One of the more prominent virtualization bloggers - for the life of me, I can't remember who it was, I hope it wasn't you  :) - recently posted a poll, asking for timelines to upgrade; a sizable portion of respondents indicated that they planned on waiting for a service pack/maintenance update.  Not everyone likes being on the bleeding edge.</description>
