I have setup VPN and have noticed, unknown address trying to established VPN with my internet PIX how can i block the user on my PIX515e?

Unless the user has the correct/valid VPN credentials they will not be able to establish a connection. This is the idea of a VPN connection that non-authorized users are blocked and authorized users are permitted access. Unless the user is coming from the same IP address, there is little you can do to block access to those attempting to connect to your VPN.

Everyone deals with this all the time. If it becomes a big enough issue you can work with your ISP to block that IP.
