We are having a problem connecting to a VPN on a different domain. Let say from domain1.com to domain2.com that is two different companies. We get an error 721: The remote computer did not respond.

I'am at location domain1.com, when we want to connect via our LAN with MS VPN (PPTP) to domain2.com we get this error. But when a user from domain2.com is on our LAN, they can connect to domain2.com, no problem. When a PC that connects from domain1.com but is not on the actual AD domain but standalone, it can connect from domain1.com to domain2.com.

I suspect is something to do with the domain, not sure. You help will be mush appreciated.
