Hello. I have had two users now that try to VPN in to the network and they receive error 721's. Both are using Windows XP PC's. One has a Time Warner Road Runner connection. The other has a Verizon DSL connection. There is no other devices between the PC's and the vendor's devices. One user has McAfee. The other is not sure what she has. We use a Sonicwall firewall. Is there anything I can check on the network side to eliminate these errors? Other employees can VPN just fine. Any thoughts? Thanks much.
