I have three sites with internet connectivity on each. i want to connect them to use a single accounting software located at one site (head office site with windows server 2003 R2) i heard that the best option is VPN but i dont have any clue about how to start working on it! any suggestions?

Hi the best would be to create the VPN tunnels at the router level so the whole thing will be transparent to the servers and the users.
Check your router’s documentation on how to establish VPn connections.

    This can be done within your firewalls as well assuming your firewalls support site-to-site VPN connections. This is basic in concept but can get tricky really fast. You might want to call in a consulting to help or get on the phone with your firewall's tech support and have them point you in the right direction.
