When you say intranet, I’m assuming you mean the intranet at your workplace.

Likewise, I’m assuming that you are connecting from outside somewhere.

But….you have not specified, so we’re forced to guess – not a good thing in this business.

The next questions are: Are you in the IT department and having trouble administering the VPN?

Are you a frustrated end-user?

Do you know what connectivity you are supposed to have?
