VoIP phone and AS/400 contact management
We have a legacy green screen AP for maintaining contact names and phone numbers. It works well for our sales staff so we do not want to replace. I would like to be able to take the contact phone number and shoot it to our phone, which is a Polycom ip 335 and have that number dialed without anything more then a click or function key on the AS/400. We use a cloud hosted software solution called Fonality PBXtra.

Are you asking about products that might remotely control the dialing of your phone? Or do you want to know to program such a function? Do you know of a source that documents how to send remote commands to a specific phone of yours? If so, can you post a link? — Tom
