voice clarity on voip call


IP PBX, Voice clarity, VoIP

we are running a call centre with twenty agents,
basically we have two server one for domain and other one is applicationserver the ippbx software is installed in this server itself and i put 20 system to domain and we using softphone (xlite from counterpath)because this ippbx software supports softphones only we are not using any hardwares to dial out.i have installed two network cards in appserver and one for local network and another for internet. in agents softphone we have registered applicationserver ipaddress. we are facing the problem in able to make call if calls get connected also two peoples not able to communicate each other in call some voice break ,hissing sound,echo and sound low.i was trying to fix the issue but our voipprovider, insternet provider,software provider put the problem on one and another realy am very sonfusing can anybody help me out in the same

Is this problem there since day one? Looks like you have a lot of hardware, software, service integration going on here. So when there’s a problem, it’s very typical for the involved parties to play the “blame game”.
If you cannot isolate the cause and pinpoint the problem, maybe it’s time to bit the bullet and hire a consultant.
