Vmware Management Interface Connection Issue
VMware, VMware Server, VMware Management Interface, VMWare Server 2.0, Fedora 9, VMWare Management Interface Connection Issue
I have setup vmware server 2.0 for Fedora 9 64 bit and also installed vmware-mui for the management interface. I have specified "root" as the login for the web access. I can bring up the UI, but when entered the user "root" and passowrd for "root", I am getting the below error:

"The server was unable to process your log in request. Please check with your server administrator."

Please help. I have struggled with this for a long time.

Most likely you need to login using the root or administrator account of the management interface server and not the vmware server.
