VMware ESX went read only. Is there a way to save my VMs?

I'm currently using two RAID volumes. RAID 1 is currently running a VMware Kernel console while RAID 5 has VMDKS live. When I'm trying to log into the console, it keeps giving me SCSI errors with no password prompt. But the VMs are actually still running!

But I'm thinking if I restart, the Kernel might not start again / VMs will go down.

We have disk backups / database for the VMs but no backups for the VMDKS themselves.

Anyone have any idea?
