Where to view VMware service logs?

I am new to vmware concept. Can any one guide me to where we can view vmware server's logs. like we are viewing cluster logs in %SystemRoot%Cluster.

The logs are located in %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\VMware\VMware VirtualCenter\Logs, which translates to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\VMware\VirtualCenter\logs in Windows 2003 and C:\ProgramData\VMware\VMware VirtualCenter\Logs in Windows 2008. The Server logs appear as vpxd-xx.log which can be accessed via https://<VC_hostname>/vod/index.html.
