 VM workstation will run on VM Server
VMworkstation 7, VMware infrastructure
Hi all, 
I havae installed VM Workstation in my server, this VM Workstation running Windows XP Os and a 9i Database. 


Now i want to shift this VM Workstation into VM SERVER !
Is is Possible ?
My VM Workstation version is 7.1,  VMware Infrastructure Web AccessVersion 2.0.0 


 Please help me

I guess that would depend on the versions of workstation and server being used.

In the past, when trying to use Vmware workstation VMs on Vmware Server 1, you needed to downgrade the VM’s hardware version in Vmware workstation to be able to use it on Vmware server. Not sure if that is the case with VMware Server 2.

OTOH, in case you don’t know, note that Vmware Server is no longer supported (support for this product was removed last year).
