I presume from your question that the clients in the new VLAN can PING resources in other VLANS ?
Can they PING the Epicor server ?
If not then this sounds like a routing issue from the Epicor server to the new subnet for this new VLAN. You need to make sure that the default gateway for that server has a route to the new VLAN.
If they can PING the Epicor server, but not receive reports, then it is most likely to be a config issue on the server. Check if there is a setting that restricts, or allows, certain address ranges. As I don’t know this particular application, I can’t help more, if that is the issue. Network engineers rarely reach the dizzy hights of the application layer !
