I cannot access Exchange 2003 with my Vista/outlook 2007 client. The same worked fine with Windows XP/Outlook 2007. What do I need to do?

Lots of places where the problem could be.

What are the DNS settings on the Vista machine? Is it pointing to your Domain Controller? Can you ping the server name? Do you have a typo? Are you logging into the domain?

Who set up your account in the old machine? Are you sure you have all the correct settings, do you need to add the server name to the lmhosts or hosts file maybe. Hope this helps. CG._
