I’m currently running a VMware ESX server, and I’m wondering if anyone could give me further insight on virtualizing a Windows 2003 print server. Have you done it from scratch or P2V?

rebuilding a print server from scratch isn't too hard, but the P2V converter in the System Center Server for VMware is a good tool if you have the system center server license.
