		<description><![CDATA[We are using Virtual Infrastructure 3.5. I use the performance reports from Virtual Center to monitor the guests and esx hosts and solarwinds for monitoring the more critical services. I&#039;ve also created performance alerts to montior  disk space which email me when disk space is getting low.

Veam and Solarwinds also have some free tools to monitor VMs you may wish to look at these as well.]]></description>
