Yes. You can install Microsoft Virtual Server R2 or VMware workstation on your XP machine and use it for all supported OSes

    Don't forget VMware's Virtual Server 1.x or 2.x. I had a strong preference for 1.x over the web-interfaced 2.x, but now I have abandoned all of them for VirtualBox.
