I like to use VirtualBox. I have it my my mac to use XP on my powerbook, just for fun.

Don’t forget VMware’s Virtual Server 1.x or 2.x. I had a strong preference for 1.x over the web-interfaced 2.x, but now I have abandoned all of them for VirtualBox.
