Which OS r u using now on both pc (home & office) if they both have windows(7/XP) then u can access easily keep in mind the conditions:
    1. The office pc has connection to a LAN/ Internet
    2. Ur home pc has an access also LAN via network conn/ modem/ VPN including it must have remote desktop conn (terminal services) and of course u have user/pass of office pc. The office pc must allow the remote connection thru My Computer > Remote.

This is the most basic way. If this makes u uncomfortable, simply download any 3rd party tool to access office pc. (both pcs have internet connected)
