    It is necessary to clear your doubts by knowing the definitions of both.

    Red Hat Enterprise virtualization has two main components like rhev-m & rhev-h. While rhev-m is a virtual management console built on RHEL. It interacts with individual rhev-h nodes using virtual desktop server manager. And virt manager is an application that is a desktop user interface for managing virtual machines through libvirt.
