Viewing leave transactions via the portal

Our end users don't only want to view their leave balances (as you would see in PT50), but they want to view per month, what allocations they received and what leave / leave encashment has been deducted from their balances. Is there a way to do this via the portal? Is there another way besides the portal how it can be achieved?
