Using Oracle Forms 10g version 9.0.4.0.19 that runs on a Sun Solaris box version 9. The application is web-based, and would like to add new functionality to an existing form. The user has the ability to upload .pdf files to the database from their local/network drive and download the .pdf files from the database to their local/network drive using WebUtil. We would like to add a .pdf document viewing capability to the form as well. What is the best way to accomplish this task?
