View another person’s calendar details in Outlook 2010

Is there a way to view the details of someone else’s appointments in Outlook 2010? I could request permission to view these details in previous versions, but in 2010, I can’t figure out how to do it. I want to see more than just the fact that they are “Busy” or “Out of the Office”.

Click Calendar.  On the HOME tab you should see toward the right SHARE CALENDAR.  Click SHARE CALENDAR then put in the person’s e-mail address you want to be able to view the your calendar.  Click the down arrow on the button titled AVAILABILITY to specify level of access you wish.
