View All Email Counts In Lotus Notes
I am trying to determine if it is possible to view "ALL" email counts in Lotus Notes 8 Basic, not just an unread count?

Answer Wiki:
Go to view "All documents'" and type CTRL+T
It il will select all your documents and display count in the message bar, in the bottom of your screen.
Don't forget to deselect all (in the Edit menu) after !

Another way is to open the properties pane (File/Application/Properties on the menu) for the database and choose the second tab (marked with a lowercase i). This will show you the size of the database and the number of records.

I’m not sure about Lotus 8, but in 7 and earlier you press Ctrl-A (Select All).

Another option is to look at the database properties (File, Database, Properties), second tab (”i”), for the total number of documents, which would include calendar entries, tasks, etc.
