View a Journal on the Iseries
How can I view a what is in a journal specifically the before and after snapshots of changes.

The file needs to be journalled
DSPFD filename - check the journalling values for the file(s) you are interested in.
DSPJRN provide the journal name
You can specify the file, date/time range, and or job.
You'll see all of the journal entries - before and after if that's the way the file's journalling is set
Open and Close if that's included.
