-ve Sign deletion from Screen DDS Display

Hi,
I have a display file with some numeric fields in which some fields are containing '-' (-ve Sign) at the end. How to remove it from appearing on the screen while seeing (by option 12).?. My screen is like this..

 999-          
 999-           Here both are of size 9(4).  Please reply me. Thanks!

    The correct answer would be not to use signed fields if you don't want negative values. But it sounds like you want to have negative values stored without the ability to show that they are negative. Does that sound correct? -- Tom

    In that case, don't use signed fields. Use unsigned fields instead. Negative values will be automatically excluded. The system won't allow negative values to be stored in unsigned fields in your program.

    But in particular for a display file (rather than in program variables), use keyboard shift 'D' for "Digits only". It's technically possible for your program to load a negative value into the display field, but it won't display with a separate minus sign and would indicate that your program is using incorrect variable definitions. A user will be unable to enter a negative value nor any characters other than digits '0' through '9'.
