VBA Copying rows where a range has the same value as another

I have a problem where there is a large list of names in excel and a large number of other columns with data about them. One of the columns contains the section name they come under. There are 60+ different section names and these names change name a lot. I have been tasked with writing a piece of VBA code that will split the file into a series of workbooks by section. I was thinking of doing something around copying the row IF the cells with the name in (column A) have the same value meaning that everyone who comes under that name would get copied across. The data is already sorted by section so in theory I could check if each cell is the same as the previous one etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
