Please can someone suggest some good testing tools(Free or paid) to test vb application?

What testing do you want to perform? If Performance testing – you can use SilkPerform, QTP or WinRunner. For Load Testing you can use LoadRunner. Or is it functional testing? Microsoft has its own query analyzer testing tool also.
Plz specify what testing you want to perform and then I can tell you in detail about various Tools available – Open Source and others.
