Validate Windows
my computer keeps telling me i need to validate windows and when i type in my product code it does not work-why is this?i think somehow it thinks this is a business or part of a domain what does this mean?it tells me i can validate windows for230australian dollars,but i already have windows anda product key and bootup disk,this problem has just started recently and now i cant get software updates,i could reinstall windows but i will lose too much software i already have installed by doing this,a pop up keeps coming up asking me f im a victim of software counterfiting-very annoying,please help.darrenstepkowski@yahoo.com

Do you maybe have vista instaled in a corporate enviroment and have not sinchronized in 3 months with your kms server?

Is this a virtual desktop? Because without software assurance (which is an additional cost on top of the original lisence and must be done within 90 days of purchase of the original lisence), you can experience the same issue.
