 V6R1 on web box
Are there any known issues for going V5R4 to V6R1 on a web server 400 ?

We did the update on our "normal" 400's already with no major issues. Next week we do it on the 400 that hosts many of our web sites ... so fear of the unknown that we might find trouble due to non-standard stuff like CGI programs and stored procedures.

We did the update. Only one issue. It seems that for content stored on another CPU, you can refer to it as “virtual” or as something else. Once we were up on V6R1, our web sites found “virtual” content but did not find content that was defined the other way.
Once all such definitions were redone as “virtual”, all web sites were OK.
