Normally you shouldn&#039;t need to alter any of your CL, RPG or COBOL programs when upgrading.  There is very rarely functionality removed.

If you have CL programs saving/restoring for previous releases (for customers for example), then you may need to change the save commands (TGTRLS parameter).
