 Using outlook 2nd calendar for same mailbox
Outlook, Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, Outlook calendar
When I create appointment from outlook 2nd calendar I get the following message, "Response to this meeting request will not be tallied because this meeting is not in your main Calenda foldar. Is this OK?" Can I disable this message while creating appointments from 2nd calendar? Please reply back.

Software/Hardware used:
Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, Windows xp | Intel P4

You will not be able to disable this message because this is how Microsoft Outlook was designed to work. The meeting request will be sent from your primary mailbox account and the meeting request will be stored in the sent items of your primary mailbox account. True, secondary calendars aren’t meant to be used for meeting requests; they are only good for personal appointments I’m afraid. Microsoft would tell you this isn’t a “problem” it’s a “feature”. Sorry there is not a solution for you on this one.
