 Using Outlook 2003, can two or more computers access emails and sent items.
I use Outlook 2003 for my home office. Can a co-worker at another location access not only my Outlook 2003 emails but also my responses (sent items) and can I access their responses and other activities?

Yes - provided both installations of Outlook 2003 are configured with native Exchange, i.e. not POP3 not IMAP4.

Unfortunately you have not provided enough information to give a definite yes or a definite no answer here. Are you both in the same company with Exchange accounts? Then you can share mailboxes, yes. If these are ISP accounts set up as POP3 as Talatchin suggests, the answer is no. But even if you are both exchange you have to be in the same company same domain to share. Please provide more details. Thanks.
