		<description><![CDATA[thanks Bob - that&#039;s actually what I started doing - and thanks for letting me vent. It&#039;s amazing that people are so willing to &quot;make the problem go away&quot; instead of fix it. I forget that some companies are going for volume not quality, it is really unfortunate. Thanks for the tips you pointed out some things I hadn&#039;t thought of. I&#039;ll keep after them.
