Looking for a way to "Bulk delete" in SQL Server 2008. Since I want to use WHERE for limiting the rows in action, I know I can't use TRUNCATE. Should I use something like "batch deletes" or "bulk copy"?

Delete from yourfile  where  a column = xxx

Instead of =, you could use IN, CONTAINS, RANGE, BETWEEN
