Using an on screen keyboard for login

Touch Screen
I have a few Windows XP SP2 boxes that are used as controllers for tube benders. We have added the computers to our domain to facilitate using a shared directory for the machine's various bending programs as well as adding a networked job tracking application. Both the tube bender application and the job tracking software work well with the unit’s touch screen. Since the machine is now on the domain, the user needs to login. The only time that a keyboard is need is during this login. Microsoft has an on screen keyboard application that can be started AFTER login. What I'm looking for is an on screen keyboard application that can be used at the login phase of start up. If there were a way to make the Microsoft app do the job that would be fine, or if there is a third party solution for this function, that would be fine as well. Thank you! -Flame
