Users unable to access shared drive on their own computers

I am having a problem with our network. Originally, users could access a share in one of the servers. However, now when they try to access it, they get an error that the trust relationship between the primary domain and the trusted domain failed. This only happens when they log in to their own computers: When the same user logs into a different computer (the computers are in one domain), they are able to access the share.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Just disjoin the computer from the domain and then rejoin it to the domain. You may need the domain admin credentials while joining it back to the domain.
Thanks

How many domains are in your environment? You should also check for malware or viruses.
