 Users are getting blank mails in Exchange server 2007 SP1
Dear All, My organisation uses Exchange server 2007 SP1 as our mail server.Users are complaining that they are getting blank Mails having no subject and content. We are usig Symantec Mail Security as Antispamming and SMTP gateway.Please help to solve the problem. The Mail contains only the date,as Sent: Monday, January 01, 0001 12:00 AM. Below is message header - Subject: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit X-Mailer: Microsoft Office Outlook 12.0 Thread-Index: AclE0iNOitdFnoHoRJSjVyCyT0djcQ== Thanks in advace, Pannir

We have had a similar issue with a client. The problem comes from McAfee av on the exchange server causing the corruption. Turn off the server side and ensure all clients are running av. Have you tried disabling antivirus on the server? On the client? On both? Have you disabled the Symantec Mail Security and Antispamming? Can you try these and post back what happened when new mail arrives in each of the states?
