Dell switches, Switch configuration, Dell PowerConnect 6224P, Dell switch configuration, Switches
hi, i'm trying to configure username$password on the PC6224P.
i use the command: "username....pass....level 15 encrypted."
it saves the configuration but won't use the limittation when i login. what should i do?

For Dell PowerConnect switches, level 15 is the highest level of authority. To configure the settings you need to type "configure" or access the web administration interface by pointing your browser to the IP address of the device.
