User who has an active account in the Active Directory, he can send and receive ok, but his name does not show in the company's GAL

Active Directory, Outlook, GAL

I have a user who has an active account in the AD, a valid email address, he can send and receive ok, but his name does not show in the company's GAL? I checked everythin, alias, email, and when I type his alias in the "To" field and press "Ctrl + K", he gets populated OK.

Any ideas?

S-Factor: Open Active Directory users and Computers on your Exchange server, right-click on the user and select properties, click on Exchange Advanced tab, you will see a check box: " hide user from GAL, uncheck, then click okay. That is, you should see it in your address list.
