I have a user that is getting alot of junk mail. Our mail filter is not very good at all. Currently, the user's email address was the same as her login account, example email@example.com. I added another smtp address and made it the primary and then deleted the previous email address. Users can still send email to the old address. If I go to add the old smtp address, I get an error it already exists. How can I change her email address so that she does not get mail from her old email address? I have other users that when they were created we gave them a different email address then the login name and those work. Do I have to create a new user to get this to work?
