User reports that he cant login to Outlook Web Access; error message is User ID and password error. He reports that he has been using the same user ID and password all along and didnt change it. I am the only one with permission to change user password and I did not change the password. What could be wrong?

You probably have this resolved already. If not it could be that the exchange alias does not match the user login id. i have seen this cause this problem.
